Much of McCrae's focus in his work is dedicated to producing an overwhelmingly busy and vibrant landscape filled with abstract geometric shapes and animals. A mixture of nature scenes and the residual visual "noise" of technological stimulus. McCrae uses a broad array of mediums to create a painting, but prefers watercolor and gouache on paper.
