The artist has been doing art since she was a young girl and began actually taking art lessons when she was 13 years of age. Lupa attended Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida and graduated in 1972. The artist lives in a remote mountain community of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia with her husband. |
