Bullins has been painting and drawing for about 10 years. He studied formally at DCC and UNO in New Orleans, Louisiana and has displayed and sold work in New Orleans Art Galleries for years. Bullins is also a graphic designer and programmer. His work has been published in many magazines and on many websites.
