Kelley (b. 1983) is an award-winning artist and member of the Copley Society of Art and a Signature Member of American Women Artists. Kelly received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design, which she attended on a full merit scholarship. The artist resides in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
