As far as I can remember, the desire to paint and draw has always been there. Although predominately self-taught, I have taken several private and college courses in order to advance my education in Watercolor & other mediums. In my paintings I try an evoke an emotion and bring forth a feeling in the person viewing my artwork. Many of my paintings are rendered from memories of childhood and nostalgia or from things I notice on travels. My paintings and style also convey my moods at the time. Sometimes I will paint a delicate watercolor, othertimes a vibrant acrylic or loose dynamic painting.
