Georgia native Eugene W.R. Campbell Jr. uses the medium of
collage to stretch the confines of traditional oil painting. The extraordinary value that Campbell places on family, community and a rich southern heritage are threads that link the content and composition of his recent work.
Upon viewing the painter's work, it is evident that diversity has indeed allowed Campbell to embrace the philosophy, that an artist should not be restricted to painting in one style. “Within the beauty of art, there are no boundaries."
